Modern Multigenerational Home · Campbell
This newly constructed property had a predominantly white and gray interior that created a clean, contemporary foundation but needed warmth and personality.
We introduced coordinating furnishings, artwork and accessories that softened the cool palette while maintaining the modern character of the home.
The family room and kitchen became the center of the presentation, helping buyers envision comfortable everyday living and entertaining.
Rather than staging every available space, the staging investment was concentrated in the main residence and the areas that would have the greatest impact.
Partial Staging · Los Gatos
This property presented a very different challenge: some of the owners' furnishings would remain in place.
Partial staging requires careful coordination. New pieces cannot simply be placed beside existing furniture. The rooms need to feel as though everything belongs together.
We selected furniture, artwork, rugs and accessories that blended with the owners' pieces, creating cohesive living areas while making practical use of what was already available.
The finished rooms felt complete and intentional rather than divided between homeowner furnishings and staging inventory.
